The Art of Movement studio in Birmingham offers Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis method classes, as private, duet and small groups. Specialising in performance enhancement, cross training and injury rehabilitation for dancers, performers and athletes. I am happy to work with your physiotherapist, masseur, therapist or teacher to address your aims. One Dance UK members can have a private 1hr Gyrotonic session for £45 or a Duet session for 2 people for £50, plus virtual offers! Opening hours are flexible and weekends are available by arrangement. Longer sessions are also available on a pro rata basis.

Facilitating access:

Dorcas' studio has wheelchair access. Further, the Gyrotonic Expansion System and equipment is extremely adaptable, so exercises can be created to suit the specific needs and abilities of the dancer for a bespoke experience.
