I have a unique skill set, in that I was in full-time professional dance training age 11-20, was a professional dancer into my 30's, and I continue to teach dance (I have over 20 years experience) whilst running my Osteopathic practice. I also offer Dry Needling.

I understand the challenges dancers/performers face both physically and emotionally, and how this affects the body in multiple ways. I share my practice with physiotherapist Sudhir Daya where we combine our unique skills to help people return to optimal performance level.
